The pace of teaching and learning has picked up and the need to migrate your archives and collections into digital solutions is greater than ever before. At the same time, digital collaboration tools are making it easier for virtual teams to work together – if they have access to their archives and collections.
Deluxe will develop a plan to help you meet the need for online access to music, video, oral presentations and images – and we’ll develop your archived collections into active learning materials. We start off with a holistic approach of looking at your overall objectives. Often the same archive elements are valuable in more than one area. Better planning produces better classroom content that reaches broadly across your campus, serving more students and staff.
Funding can be a challenge and we offer financial consultations as part of our turnkey approach. Grants, sponsorships, alumni, donors and other sources can be brought together in a campaign to support your archive management and provide preservation while developing new digital access. We are also bringing schools into our Deluxe Regional Initiative, where we are working with many archives in a region and attract funding from both traditional and new sources.
